The Herbert William team fully delivered on the promise to complete an installation of a new kitchen in six weeks. The help from design to completion was outstanding. Each person working on the project was a pleasure to work with. The end result is excellent and so we would thoroughly recommend Herbert William.

A truly worthwhile "journey" right from our initial meeting with Sarah and Lee to discuss the options for our new kitchen, through several subsequent design iterations to final installation. In addition to the kitchen installation the scope of work included remodelling of a shower room, installation of a new floor, installing a pressurised water system and reworking the electrical installation all of which was coordinated seamlessly by Lee with various high quality tradesman. In sum the whole enterprise was carried out with the absolute minimum of disruption, inconvenience and, perhaps most importantly, unnecessary trauma to us and this was greatly appreciated. Herbert Williams is now planning a further phase of development for us so it goes with our saying that we would highly recommend them to any potential customer.

Herbert William Kitchens were recommended to us and we could have not been happier with them. Led by Sarah it is so professional, yet uncomplicated and direct approach by her and the team, that from the very first meeting, we knew we would be in great hands - a kitchen designer listening to you and at the same time coming up with great ideas and designs. Timing - spot on. All dates for dismantling the old Kitchen to installing the new one were kept almost to the hour not to mention to the day. Clean, tidy, friendly and very well priced. Totally the right choice for us. „Unfortunately“ our kitchen is so good now that we won’t need a new one for quite some time. Shame because it was so much fun getting that one. We underwent a major kitchen refurb with removal of walls, ceiling, everything was changed bar one window! Not only did Herbert William come up with an excellent design, they were very responsive to new ideas / changes of plan when issues came up eg suddenly needing to have a beam "coming down" in the ceiling which altered the layout of some of the cabinetry. In addition, they amazingly removed our old kitchen intact (even with granite worktops) in such a good condition we could sell it on! A schedule was arranged of works which for the most part was kept to accurately. Really professional, calm, friendly. What is lovely is that they appear to be as excited about our new kitchen as we are, and we even received a celebratory hamper which was an extra surprise! Would thoroughly recommend 100%.

Excellent from the beginning. Visited showroom to discuss design and to view samples. After visiting our property and taking measurements we were present with a computer design which enabled us to have a vision of the final result. This aided us in making small changes to have a bespoke kitchen. All traders worked with professionalism and courtesy and we are delighted with the end result. No hesitation recommending this company.

We used Herbert William for our large kitchen re-fit - they were excellent from the design through to the finished installation. Listened to what we wanted. Competitive on price and quality product. All contractors (flooring, electrics, installation, painting) were professional and excellent standard. Any issues dealt with quickly and a little scope creep absorbed along the way ! Would definitely recommend them.

Our kitchen was completely refurbished and redesigned including adapting an existing wall, requiring an RSJ, new ceilings, floor, electrics, plumbing and re-plastering. We are delighted with the design created by Alice, both from an aesthetic and practical point of view. She brought real creativity and imagination to the design and nothing was too much trouble and no detail too small. We required various trades and everyone used by Herbert William was excellent and Lee managed it all brilliantly, following through on everything and he was a pleasure to have around. The kitchen has been much admired since completion!

Many thanks to Alice and Lee at Herbert William, we now have an amazing kitchen which gets so many positive comments when people see it. The Mackintosh cabinets are such high quality and look more expensive than they were; our builder was impressed too. You can really tell the difference between them and the Howdens cupboards he used in our utility room. We got great recommendations when choosing appliances, and Alice and Lee were quick to respond to all our questions. Great value, and great service. Highly recommended!
