Taupe Painted Mackintosh Shaker Kitchen Design in Emsworth. The client chose traditional Mackintosh Painted Wood Shaker cabinets in Taupe WITH polished aluminium long handles and stainless steel appliances
to add a modern twist.

The client is a keen cook and so enjoyed selecting a Mackintosh Chef’s pantry and also self-sourced some large American style Liebherr fridge freezers for ample food storage. For cooking, the client selected premium range Miele appliances. We added a Pyrolytic oven with moisture plus, a sous chef warming drawer and a combination steam oven to the design.

As the client likes cooking and entertaining a peninsula workspace was added to split the dining and kitchen space with a wine cooler and glass cabinet featured on the dining side. On the peninsula there is a hob with pan supports being fitted to be level with the worktop to give a flush modern feel. A ceiling extractor fan was then fitted above the space. Plus, an extra large dishwasher was then needed to keep on top of the dishes!

The client was delighted that we were able to source the popular Italian River Valley White Granite and we ensured this was given the spotlight it deserved with under cabinet lighting. To maximise storage space in the
kitchen even the plinth was utilised for storage and to ensure the client could reach the back of the top level wall units fold up steps were added and made easily accessible in a drawer in the plinth.
